GASGAS MC 250 2025 Good news for MC 250 fanatics! Our beloved 2-stroke is updated for 2025, starting with a new frame. Engineered to be a little more supple, the frame loses none of its straight-line stability. Instead, it is so much more agile through the corners now, ensuring a confidence inspiring ride, every time. With an updated frame comes updated suspension settings while smaller but important updates include a revised air intake, and a new, stronger rear brake pedal. Losing none of its awesomeness for 2024, the 2025 GASGAS MC 250 only gets better. Fuel it up, hit that e-start button, and hold on tight! FRAME So much testing and development went into designing and building the frame last year. But our engineers have worked on refining things even further! Thanks to brand new, lighter, motor mounts, the flex characteristics of the frame are improved without any sacrifice to straight-line stability. Around the upper shock mount a little material has been removed while the wall thickness at the front of the frame is also slightly reduced, saving 300g. With all these revisions, which were tested by Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing in MXGP, the bike is now much more settled through every corner. ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION (EFI) The motor that does it all! It doesn’t matter if you short shift or hang onto every gear. The revitalized 2025 GASGAS MC 250 motor, with added fuel injection, separates this bike ever further from the competition with it’s delivery of usable torque down low and high-revving peak power up top. And it’s those who ride wide open that will benefit the most from the counter balancer shaft inside the motor as it keeps vibration to an absolute minimum. CYLINDER AND PISTON One of the biggest changes for 2024 is the introduction of electronic fuel injection on the MC 250. And with this new tech, the traditional 2-stroke power valve is replaced with an innovative electronic exhaust control system. Now, the lateral exhaust ports opens slightly faster than the main exhaust port to deliver strong power and maximum reliability.
