What can be returned?

• Unopened and unused items: You can return unopened and unused items within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Opened or gently used items: Opened or gently used items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit. This excludes items where hygiene seals are broken for health and safety reasons (e.g., cosmetics, earrings).

What are the conditions for a return?

• All returned items must be in their original packaging with any tags still attached.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to make a return:

2. Pack securely: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.

3. Mark the RA number: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.

4. Ship the return: Ship the return package to:

Processing Refunds:

• Once your return arrives and meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
