GASGAS TXT Racing 125 2025 The 2025 GASGAS TXT RACING 125 is the ultimate trial bike for beginners and young riders who want a light, agile, yet capable machine. Bodywork and Style The graphics are fresh and bold, applied over slim, ergonomic bodywork that helps you stay nimble in tight terrain. The plastics are made from a flexible polypropylene blend — they’ll bend when you crash but spring back to shape. The fuel tank is compact (2.4 L) and easily removable via a single bolt, making maintenance fast and straightforward. Handling and Frame Built around a tubular 25CrMo4 chrome-moly steel frame, this bike offers excellent rider feedback without sacrificing strength. CNC-machined triple clamps keep the front end stiff and responsive. The agile 39 mm TECH forks are adjustable for preload, rebound, and end-stroke compression, while the TECH shock at the rear lets you fine-tune preload, compression, and rebound. As a result, the TXT RACING 125 delivers precision and control, even in challenging trials sections. Engine and Drive Under the hood sits a compact 124.8 cc 2-stroke engine that offers smooth, revvy power. Its two-piece aluminium cylinder head is specially shaped for efficiency, and the forged piston helps deliver solid torque across the rev range. A 28 mm KEIHIN PWK carburettor feeds the motor, while a 6-speed gearbox with a 4/6 internals system keeps the bike lightweight yet shifts positively — even in muddy conditions. Because of its balanced 54.5 mm stroke and well-positioned crankshaft, the engine feels planted and predictable. Clutch & Braking The bike uses a hydraulic BRAKTEC clutch (three Kevlar plates) for smooth, one-finger operation. Braking comes courtesy of a 185 mm wave disc up front with a 4-piston BRAKTEC calliper, and a 150 mm rear disc with a 2-piston calliper. This setup provides confident stopping power for tight, technical trial work. Cooling & Protection To keep the engine cool, there’s a fan-assisted cooling system tucked neatly inside the frame rails. The skid plate protects the lower engine and frame from rocks, while strong, black-anodised wheels with lightweight CNC hubs and Michelin X11 tyres offer grip and durability. Ergonomics & Fit Neken handlebars are light but strong, and they come with Renthal grips for excellent control. The footpegs are designed specifically to help you grip the bike with your legs, giving better control when balancing or climbing.
